LITERATUR REVIEW: PERAN CENDAWAN NEMATOFAGUS TERHADAP NEMATODA PARASIT

Latar Belakang: Cendawan nematofagus merupakan cendawan tanah yang dapat mereduksi cacing nematoda, ditemukan di berbagai tempat dan terbukti efektif sebagai agen biocontrol, tergolong seperti: Arthrobotrys spp., Catenaria anguillulae, Drechmeria Duddingtonia flagrans., Geniculifera Harposporium Monacrosporium Nematocnus Pleurotus Tridentaria implicans, Verticillium balanoides. Tujuan: mengetahui jenis mempunyai efek terhadap parasit nematoda pada hewan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan systematic review. Sumber data digunakan adalah sekunder diperoleh dari Google Scholar, NCBI. Kata kunci 15 jurnal penelitian memenuhi kriteria inklusi analisis kualitas data. Hasil: 7 menyatakan dengan flagrans mampu membunuh stadium L3, 3 Pochonia Chlamydosporia mengontrol larva nematoda. 1 Chysosporium spp, 2 Trichoderma Purpureocillium lilacinum. Kesimpulan: Banyak baik tetapi banyaknya Chlamydosporia, hal membuktikan jika kedua sangat bagus dalam mengkontrol sehingga memiliki peran penting biocontrol lingkungan
